Shitty all around.

No matter how mad at someone I am or how much they screwed up, I couldn't ever go to that word. That said, they said a family member died and it seems they are all in town for a funeral so that's a terrible situation. Could or should he have been the bigger person and just realized she's ignorant but also in a really bad state? Yeah, I guess but I can't blame him for being like "f this lady."

I think I heard he was printing T-shirts with "There's the Best western next door..." Free advertising for them!
