Julius Peppers Inducted Into Carolina Panthers Hall Of Honor

Two franchise legends were inducted into the Carolina Panthers’ Hall of Honor on Sunday as the team defeated the Houston Texans in a battle of star rookie quarterbacks. Wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad and defensive end Julius Peppers were given the franchise’s greatest honor during halftime of the game, more than two decades after they were drafted. (WBTV)

Playoff rankings

1. Ohio St
2. UGA
3. Sign Stealer U (AKA Michigan)
4. FSU
5. Washington
6. Texas
8. Alabama
9. Oklahoma
10. Ole Miss
11. Penn St
12. Missouri
13. Louisville

FSU at #4 is sitting in perilous position because bad losses by Clemson, Miami, and, especially, UNC mean that the ACC is down ranked, so winning it even undefeated may not get FSU into the playoff.

Of course, those voters will never see any of the problems with their thinking. The ACC has a winning record against both SEC and BT this year.

The ACC desperately needs FSU and Louisville to win out, and also needs UNC or Clemson to win out and the other to lose no more than 1 more game.

Tez news?

I've been all over the internet this morning but have only seen that he was taken to a hospital for evaluation last night. He and his family have been through so much this year and they certainly don't need any injuries. I'm rooting so hard for him to be OK in all aspects, especially on a personal level. I know one thing, the hours will pass extremely slowly until I see an update.
