The portal and signing days will have to change. I think an early signing period July 29 (one day) and then another one-day period on the Tuesday after conference title games. Then, the final one can me March 1.

The portal window has to star open until the end of January to give the players whose teams are in the title game enough time to make a decision. And still, a waiver for enrolling in the spring semester must be considered, or we will see a push for spring ball to get pushed back until after classes in early May.

What a mess.

Never too early to start. Jeff Lebo was at Lexington High School in Lexington, South Carolina today to see Cameron Scott. Big time 6-foot-5 shooting guard who already has several ACC and SEC offers.

Any insider insights on what instructions Hubert and his staff have given (or will give) our players?

Will our new guys - frosh and transfers - be on campus the whole time? Are they already here?

Do we have any guys who will be training elsewhere with private trainers?

If you were calling the shots, what would you emphasize for each player?

My best guess, assuming we are done with portal and recruiting for 24?..is Ec and RJ in the backcourt, Cade and Jackson as forwards , Washington in the middle. Your bench looks like Trimble, Withers Lubin, High...matchups, injuries, player development will all factor into PT..,that is my best early guess.

The guys in the draft have until 11:59 EST tonight to withdrawl. Although I do believe that UNC is probably finished adding guys to this years team there may be a look or two from someone toward UNC. It looks like Ugonna Onyenso is going to withdrawal from the draft. Will be interesting to see who else is going back to college next season. Ought to be a good night to keep up with a few guys...🏀
