• Jackson’s 23 points were the most by a Tar Heel freshman since Caleb Love scored 25 against Duke on 2/6/21.
• Jackson was UNC’s first freshman non-starter to score more than 20 points since Day’Ron Sharpe had 21 points vs. Louisville on 2/20/21.
• Jackson was the first freshman to score at least 20 points since Walker Kessler had 20 against Florida State on 2/27/21.
• Jackson made a season-high three 3FGs among his season-best 10 field goals. He has made at least one three in all seven games in which he has played.
• RJ Davis scored 18 points, the 114th time he reached double figures as a Tar Heel.
• Point guard Elliot Cadeau tied his career high and led UNC with six rebounds, the first time in his career he led UNC in rebounds.
• Ty Claude had six points and five rebounds in 10+ minutes, but had to leave the game after getting hit in the eye.
