Eric Montross Among 6 Inductees into NC Media and Journalism Hall of Fame

North Carolina men's basketball legend and former radio commentator Eric Montross is among six inductees into the North Carolina Media and Journalism Hall of Fame. Montross won the 1993 NCAA title with UNC before working radio broadcasts on the Tar Heel Sports Network for more than 18 years. He passed away in December after a battle with cancer. Inequity in Scheduling???

There are currently 9 teams in the ACC that have records of .500 or above. If you look at the results of those 9 teams playing one another vs. the results of those 9 teams playing the "10-15" placed teams, the Heels season against tougher competition is strong!

Is this the real year one of Hubert's tenure?

Is this the real year from which to judge HD as a coach and the success (or lack) that he has going forward. He has the players he wants (for the most part), he has one "elite" recruit with two top 10 players coming, so the talent seems to be on an upward trajectory. Last two years he was dealing with the same team/issues that Roy had his last couple of years. Getting a FF out of that (and beating Dook in the last two games) was miraculous.
