As with any topic, if you do enough Google searches, you can find information on the topic.
This post is about the INFLCR Exchange
https://www.inflcr.com/ .
UNC is on this Exchange, along with many other Power 5 schools. If companies want to be part of the Exchange, the school's compliance department must approve the company. Once approved, the company can contact any athlete (all sports) about a NIL deal from that school.
Companies can post their NIL deals on the Exchange (similar to a job post) and athletes can approach them about their offer if they are interested. As in many job offers, there are counteroffers. All athletes (all sports) are automatically placed in the Exchange.
Athletes post their resumes, i.e. sport they play, social media stats. I like the format because there is a uniform template that students and companies must complete. Companies can send an email to an athlete with an offer and private emails that can be exchanged with the athlete. Athletes can also approach a company and tell them they are interested in working out a NIL deal.
All payments are made through the Exchange and tax statements are issued to the athletes. Contracts must be signed.
There are on-line training programs for companies and athletes.
INFLCR is rapidly growing.
