    If so what do you do for it ? Anyone do yoga ? did it help your bad back ? I have a teeter inversion table that I use several times a day or I would be in trouble. Motrin helps also. Got a back magic contraption somewhere in the house also. Any ideas to cope with this ? Thanks in advance ...
