At least 4 of the 5.How many of our strikeouts have been us watching strike 3 right down the pipe?? Frustrating.
I hope we can figure out a way to come back. Four games in five days would be extremely hard.
Well, Bergner has helped us out by going seven innings.I don’t think we have enough good pitching left to get through OS much less two more games after that.
Got to get there first. We’re going to get hammered by Oregon St.
Not sure if they can pitch, but apparently they can't catch.I hope some of our infielders can pitch.
Your point is obvious but needs to be stated. Bad baseball loses games. They scored 12 and only four were earned. Can't win that way.
You've got to feel bad for Bergner. He pitched a hell of a game for nothing.Your point is obvious but needs to be stated. Bad baseball loses games.
A quirk of baseball I've never understood if why the 1 run (the batter) of a home run after an error(s) isn't charged as an ER to the pitcher. You've got to feel bad for Bergner. He pitched a hell of a game for nothing.
I get that the preceding errors allowed the inning to continue, and from that sense, the following homer wouldn't have happened. But the pitcher still conceded the homer. Just a little baseball oddity.
What I'm saying is the homer isn't charged as a run to the pitcher. You would think that 1 run at least would be charged to him.Right if there were two outs then the homer never would’ve happened. (Saying a guy got on base by an error w 2 outs). But what about if there’s only one out? That home run happens either way but the man on base by error shouldn’t have ever scored. I never found it odd.
ETA I think I totally misread your poast so just carry on. And if what you said is true I never knew that. A home run has always counted as an earned run as far as I thought.
Ok. I never knew that. I was an unearned run was a runner who scored bc he got on base by error. Makes no sense th guy who hit a homer not being counted as an earned run. What I'm saying is the homer isn't charged as a run to the pitcher. You would think that 1 run at least would be charged to him.

Apparently Luca got some work in last night, so it's possible he will be available at some point. I'm thinking it's possible Fox could shut him down so there isn't an issue for next year.I hope some of our infielders can pitch.
Announcers said it was a cervical muscle, not the arm.Apparently Luca got some work in last night, so it's possible he will be available at some point. I'm thinking it's possible Fox could shut him down so there isn't an issue for next year.
Are you saying he's a pussy? I'm bad with physiology.Announcers said it was a cervical muscle, not the arm.
Go higher on the body. But good try. And that's anatomyAre you saying he's a pussy? I'm bad with physiology.
I'm hoping this is just a bad joke. Are you saying he's a pussy? I'm bad with physiology.
If an error is charged to a player in an inning then any run that scores which is after what would of had the defensive team off the field is unearned because in theory those plays shouldn’t of happened that inning.Ok. I never knew that. I was an unearned run was a runner who scored bc he got on base by error. Makes no sense th guy who hit a homer not being counted as an earned run.
I'm banging beaver tonightToo many errors and and missed opportunities gives you a bad thumping. Well gotta regroup and play Wed nite and bang the hell out of some beaver
