[Raising Heel]

Diamond heels sweep GT and take over first place in the coastal.

Game 2 was incredible. Heels fell behind 6-2 but then tied it with a grand slam in the bottom of the 8th. Went to extra innings where GT scored 2 runs in the top of the 10th only to see the Heels rally again and score 3 runs to walk off, 9-8.

Moo and dook played this weekend. Coming into the weekend, the Heels were 12-6 in the Coastal, a half game behind first-place dook who was 12-5 (they had a game against FSU cancelled). dook went 1-2 which pushed Carolina 1.5 games ahead of them at the top of the Coastal standings. The one Wolpfack loss also means the Heels are now tied with them for the best conference record in the ACC. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend for UNC Baseball.

Most likely yes. They should be announcing the order of seat selections in the next week or so. The actual selections begin May 22, but considering our peasant status we probably won't pick until mid- to late-June.

I was looking at getting season tix but I didn’t appreciate the process. Even after the higher powers (and peasants) get their seats I still couldn’t even pick what I wanted. I was told I’d be assigned a section. Thay’s a whole lotta nope.

In a weird way, I love that we gave up the back-to-back-to-back homers just to give Moo fans a little bit of hope before we slammed the door shut.

Playing with house money today! Winning the series was the goal. A sweep will be the cherry on top.

I'm glad I don't watch the games (in order to make sure we win). Sounds like today's game was stressful as hell lol. Fox has the troops LOCKED IN right now.
