Yes there has been. Ironically the only thing he got busted for was relatively minor (a cookout) and would have remained so had he cooperated with the NCAA instead of trying to cover it up. That's what got him his "show-cause".
My point is this is Bruce's last rodeo and he knows it. It wouldn't make much sense to risk that for being involved in a hare-brained scheme that gained him nothing.
But hey, ya never know. If he was involved (as Pitino was)? Yeah, He gone. However, I can tell ya if AU fires him without cause there will be lawsuit from hell. His contract does not require him to give any statements to the Administration and his lawyer is telling him to keep quiet because of the FBI stuff. AU needs to leave this alone and let it play out to see if there's cause before they do something stupid.
