Any word on Loves and Kesslers visit this weeked

Glowing reports as always. Neither committed so just expect the same old stuff on how great of a job we did.

We just picked up a crystal ball pick for Walker Kessler to UNC from Evan Daniel's :cool:

Well that moves the needle if it’s from Evan. He’s one of the best in the entire business and he doesn’t make picks without real intel to back it up. And well, he’s correctly predicted 31 out of 31 picks for this class.

I read that one of the big things with Kessler was PG play on any team recruiting him...makes you wonder if that wasn't settled some what this weekend?
That would definitely be nice if he got the Caleb vibe!

However I think the biggest selling point (other than being in Blue Heaven) was Roy's preference for two Bigs, and Sharpe's presence allowing him to be a Luke-like Stretch and alternate between post and face-up.

Your right Gary I also wonder if Brooks goes league next year or how that will play out if he stays his senior year?

Garrison's future will be decided this season. Unless things change from what I heard this summer, he'll spend most of his time at his natural 4 and he has indeed expanded his face-up game.

Another point of notice. I don't think Walker is set on being OAD. His family is very serious about academics. Of course ya never know with that, but he may be in for the longer haul. (Let's hope!)

The front court next year is going to be absolutely disgustingly filthy. Senior Brooks, Sharpe, Kessler, senior Manley/Huffman..... Holy ****, we're going to destroy people.

80 minutes divided 3 ways is still plenty. Now if Armando sticks around, that could get a bit crowded. Or if Sterling or Huff finally turn the corner. I don't suppose Garrison can play SF.

...and if we can just FINALLY get big Manley healthy this season, Roy will have the front-court rotation he's been trying to re-establish since the last Natty.

Incidently, the biggest selling factor fo Kessler (other than UNC in general) was Roy's dedication to returning to a two-Big lineup and that he could thus play as both a Post and Stretch, as opposed to being thrust into a one-dimensional 5 role on a Wing-oriented team (cough cough dook cough)..

On the other vital front, the Love family was also pretty blown away by their visit. We need this one guys!
It really sounded like it! With everyone saying another committment is on the horizon, hard to see who it could be besides him. :)

Unless something radically changes with him and his game, Sterling will be on the outside looking in regarding playing time.......

I hope so, Gaucho. We're gonna have to fend off Louisville and apparently Mizzou pulled out all the stops on his visit there (plus I don't trust Cuonzo as far as I can throw him), but I get the impression the Loves have their heads on straight.

The way Caleb was embraced by the guys, staff and alums hopefully made a big impression. Playing pickup with the guys and alums like DG and Psycho had to be pretty cool as well!... especially with Hans being a fellow Missouri boy.

All the chatter about Cunningham is cool and may have some legs (although I'll believe he doesn't follow his big brother to Okie St when I see it), and to be sure he's prolly the best player in the '20 class and one of those ultra-rare guys who could be truly called "positionless" and actually pull off playing PG at his size --- but, Love is the multi-year heir-apparent natural PG1 this program needs to continue the legacy. Pull the trigger, Caleb!... and if Cade decides he wants to join, well, then welcome aboard .
