Had a very long talk with four-star running back Jordon Brown today and the in-stater told me that UNC's coaches are saying that if he commits they won't take any more running backs. He did say, "I'm not sure how truthful that is," but for him it's a normal skepticism that he would have with any school, he said.
He visited South Carolina and was offered after his camp there earlier in the summer and since he didn't see much of the school when he was there, he wants to set a return trip to Columbia. He also wants to visit Oklahoma State but isn't sure if that could happen this summer.
UNC, Wake Forest, South Carolina and Oklahoma State are the four main players right now. He definitely still sees appeal to UNC but has not visited this summer (he had visited like a dozen times before that, so a return wasn't pressing). Wake Forest is making the case that he can be the guy and a 'four-year starter.'
