HN, have you been to the Book Depository Museum? On this day in 1963 at 11:07 p.m., Air Force One with John F. Kennedy and the First Lady onboard lands at Carswell Air Force Base outside of Fort Worth, Texas. Air Force Two lands soon after carrying Vice President Lyndon Johnson and Texas Governor John Connally.
Earlier that evening Special Agent George Hickey, Jr., with the U.S. Secret Service arrives at Love Field in Dallas aboard a U.S. Air Force C 130 transport plane. Special Agent Samuel Kinney is with him and after landing they unload Secret Service cars 100X, the Presidential limousine, and 679X, the Secret Service detail limousine, in preparation for the motorcade the next day through the streets of Dallas en route to the Dallas Trade Mart where Kennedy will give a speech.
Not yet but when I do eventually go I will visit on this very date and laugh at all of the conspiracy nuts set up on the grassy knoll promoting their baseless theories.HN, have you been to the Book Depository Museum?
Teach's Hole, Ocracoke Island. Not a bad place to lose your head.
I got to go a few years ago, and yeah those nutjobs were all over the place barking out their theories and selling DVDs, papers, etc. I was laughing at them as I walked by.Not yet but when I do eventually go I will visit on this very date and laugh at all of the conspiracy nuts set up on the grassy knoll promoting their baseless theories.

It was kinda eery (for me, at least) to see the snipers nest. It was partitioned off but you could go up to the 7th floor and look at the window just above where Oswald was when he fired.I'm envious.
