In terms of big money purchases, I would much rather buy homes in various parts of the country. I'd love to have a ranch out in Montana as well as buy back some family land in Richmond County.

In general though, gadgets are cooler than me than cars.
Why Montana? Have you been? Where would you buy?

Gadgets are ok but they seem to lose their appeal after a bit. Been debating on getting a nice drone.

I'd buy statues. Lots and lots of statues. And then I'd buy land in metropolitan areas to erect said statues. And armed guards to make sure nothing happened to my statues. I might also buy media outlets to cover stories about my statues.

As for the car in the OP, I found the handling to be shit and the gas mileage sucked. I got rid of mine a few months ago.

I've been to Montana several times yeah. Beautiful state and land is cheap. Not sure exactly where I would buy. Probably try to find that perfect mix of somewhat still accessible easily and still in the middle of nowhere.

Didn't you mention you hate the cold though? Montana doesn't seem like the best of fits for someone who doesn't like cold weather.

Big Timber is the spot. It's a fly fishing mecca and only an hour or so from the booming metropolitan Billings area. It's tucked away on the edge of the Lewis and Clark National Forest and at the base of the Crazy Mountains. A good friend of my dad's has a spot there. I've never been but have heard all about it and seen some amazing pics. My dad keeps saying that he and I are going for a week of fishing "one day". But he's 79. Time is running out.

Maybe somewhere near where Evel Knievel grew up!

I don't fly fish but that still sounds awesome.

I've only been to the Southwestern parts of the state. I've flown into the Bozeman airport each time. That's a huge airport, let me tell you.

So no one likes cars here?

I was going to direct OP to these threads but I see my colleagues have taken care of that for me. Man it's amazing what you can get done when you hire good people.
