I'm about to have a heart attack haha. I'm not usually one to overly nitpick but I just did not agree with our timeouts when they had 3 of their own.
I'm sure the Pitt fans are NOT happy with some of the calls but honestly they shouldn't have had that last play. If the refs would've stopped the clock correctly, they would not have been able to get to the line in time and spike it. Zero chance they would've gotten there. I don't think it was PI on the final pass because come on they were both going for it and I think the refs knew the play shouldn't have happened.
I really hope Hood is okay. We need to come out on offense in the second half and put a good drive together on the first possession. Step on their throat and break their spirit.
Good point! Saw the ref throw his hat but it didn't even register to me. Good call
There was a missed holding call. But... it's not like that cost his team 20 points.
Honestly....and this could be me being a homer here but I like to think I'm good at just callin' 'em like I see 'em.....I didn't think it was a hold by Heck. I think he got engaged with the D-End and was just driving him hard.....if he was holding, he had his hands IN, which is what they teach you to do so you don't get called for a hold
If MW had hit that simple swing pass to Switz, then our timeouts would have been a good decision.
Well if there was a blueprint to let these f***ers back in the game..................................................
and the punt game...but the good news is, based on history, that should be infinitely better next year if you think back to fg unit.
which reminds me, why do we suck so bad at punting?...formation tricks and just the punter, it's terrible.

Why we insist on doing that stupid formation shit on kicks is beyond me. I mean, if we have a great punt/xp team, then ok, sorta, I guess.
But that is the worst part of our game. Keep it simple and work fundamentals before trying that Harlem Globetrotters bs
