This team has a lot of potential, especially with the soft schedule.

Still lack the killer instinct to put games away. We needed at least one more TD to really put this one away early in the third quarter but we just kept letting them hanging around. Fortunately the D stepped up.

And that is the piece that is required to win the ACC. You must have a D that can win games for the team.

This team can play for the ACC Championship. Not by being in a much weaker division, but by proving it is one of the 2 best in the league.

sleaze across the board: fans, coaches, players, across all sports. my hatred for scar goes back to the late sixties with a basketball guard john roche (appropriately named athlete). nothing and nobody since then has given me a reason to stop hating scar.

Both were available but didn't get on the field.

DB's are always going to look good when you're getting constant pressure rather than having to cover 5+ seconds. Like the former Bama QB said during the game, playing so off when the DL was getting constant pressure didn't make much sense. Was good to see something other than a bull rush being displayed by the DL, very encouraging.

Did Derrick Allen play? If feels like neither Biggers nor Chapman ever came out.

Willie Lampkin was really solid. So hard to find lineman in the portal.
Huzzie looks really good.
Amari Gainer - instant impact!
Kicker - solid.

Tez and McCollum are supposed to be better than Paysour and the other WRs.

Chatman and Allen I guess are backup-level, and Antavious Lane is still unknown.

yeah, i was surprised at his effectiveness. you don't see many OL under six feet tall.
