Like so many of us have said for several weeks, this team looks so much better with Nance on the bench.
Bacot a power dunk on a great assist by Davis but Galloway fights his way thru a open area and scores 42-33
Still trying to figure out how Nance gets the minutes he does
Hubert must have made some promises during his recruitment. That’s the only way I can wrap my head around it.
People cannot complain about the bench not playing as Johnson, Dunn, Styles, Trimble and Washington all got some playing time.
Bench also contributed 9 big points which is the difference at the half
Need consistent effort this half - don’t let it get back to single digits. Play tough defense and fast break offense with lots of passing like we have been. No dribble around f and Jack up a guarded 3.

And, yet... despite his poor offense, they're up by 19 against, supposedly, one of the top ACC teams.
This is how good they CAN be, when they are playing together and cohesively. Granted, this is a home game and so forth. But, this team CAN perform at a high level, if they just choose to do it.
It's pretty amazing how Clemson, who is tied for #1 in the conference (or something like that), will be out of the tournament with a loss today-- if they chose NCAAT teams today.
Godfrey also charges as the Carolina defense to this point have made quite a statement
