Does anybody really think SC would leave the Pac? Does anybody think that SC could make things work as a true independent?

Even Notre Dame cannot make true independence work. And the midwest cares a whole lot more about college sports than the Pacific coast.

Replace Maryland with Florida state and you got yourself a league

Well Maryland was the last one on my list for a reason. Couldn't think of a better fit... considered Vanderbilt. I figured FSU would rather stick with Florida and Miami in a conference.
