I have been a UNC fan since birth, I usually watch games at home so I don't show my arse in public, and my wife says I'm not pleasant to be around after a loss, but....The next day, I kiss my wife goodbye, say have a good day to my son, and go to freakin' work! Bball is important to me but it isn't life altering. There are unreasonable and miserable peeps in every fan base, but I've have seen more in NCSU and UK's groups than any other opponent on our schedules. I don't know why, but their lunatics also seem to be the most rabid and prone to violence. I admit that I only see UK fans on here and at games, but I live in Raleigh so I see Moo fans constantly.
I have had my front UNC license plate ripped off; the soft top of my car punctured; objects thrown at me and my family; slurs both racial and anatomical spewed at me through broken teeth; been threatened with a mob beating (cowards wouldn't face me though); and had to leave a restaurant due to constant harassment. In my 50+ years I've seen the change in Moo's fans first hand, but UK did not even register for me until Slimy became the coach! In a short time their fan base has supplanted the Wolpfack as the most delusional and most violent!
