Donate tickets to vets

I have two great seats for the Wofford game, section 206 on the 50, and a Bowles Lot parking permit.

I would like to donate these to a veteran or first responder. Can anyone help me do this? I want to make sure these go directly to someone who will use and enjoy them. On TOS, someone referred me to email them to someone, but it felt like a scam or a scalper.
