LOL, got to love the irony, this threat should not exist and it is worthless and how many times does the poster post on it? What may not be of interest to 1 or some may in fact be interesting to others and this thread is a good example of just that. Many found it interesting enough to speak to it they not only do have that right but that is actually what this format is here for, to allow folks to express their opinions on topics. Really wish folks could just allow folks the ability to put forth their opinions and discuss those things they wish to discuss that interest THEM and not have to defend their opinions from belittlement.

The fact that many here replied with their opinions on the topic and it is in the realm of this particular board of this thread is proof of it being worthy. Mike was on point with what he said and he was exactly within his area of responsibility to say it.

Every time Baker's name come up I think about Platek. If you have not heard Platek's lastest interview please find it and listen to it. The kid is special. Roy will be very selective over the next few years considering the current roster make-up. Platek will be the next breakout player for the Heels. That kid is special. The way I look at it, the only thing that will stop the Heels from being an Elite 8 team for the next several years is point guard play. Jalek will be the starting point guard next year and he should be much better than his performance thus far. If you recall, Paige had a rough freshman year at the 1.

Maybe if this board does not fulfill your entertainment needs that another board would fit you much better. Last I heard this was not a board or a site for that matter that was established as a place to rip on others that are trying to have reasonable discussions.

Please explain how acting jerkish is acceptable just because in your opinion someone else does? Do you often do wrong things just because someone else does them? And yes, I do agree that the individual you refer to does need to tone it down but that individual in addition to going over the top at times does as well bring solid discussion more often than not. Solving a problem by becoming a problem does not make sense to me...

What we have here is a failure to communicate!

I love to discuss and debate with mature individuals with differing opinions! The fun of a site like this is the ability to learn from knowledgeable Tar Heel fans and to state my opinions about the Tar Heels. (I even occasionally CHANGE my opinion in the face of evidence!) I hate when people turn every discussion into personal attacks and I hate when posters bash our beloved team, players or coaches! I am constantly surprised by the pathetic phenomenon called the undercover troll! I really don't understand this type of person!

When I see a poster who adds nothing but negativity to every discussion I start to watch. If they attack me personally or say things inappropriate about the Heels, I put them on ignore! This makes the environment better for me; kind of like how I can't see the comments of the person many of you are debating on this thread!

This. His recent comments about UNC (including the on he made on Bacot's Instagram) sound like he's soar he never got an offer. Esp. considering his words were different from the things he said about us before he committed to Dook. Roy didn't never even gave him his own separate visit. The only time we even visited him was when we went to see Nickelberry and others.
