Not a joke if you read their criteria. And if you study the history of college football, the Ivy League teams did dominate in the early years. (Although they certainly don't fill it now, the Yale Bowl at one time had over 70,000 seats.)

For you guys who think it's a bad list, can you explain why? Is it because of the formula they use? Seemed to be pretty fair to me.
