Felton and class...

Whatever...agree to disagree. I remember Dex as a very promising 17 year old at St. Pat's that never really developed into what he could have been. It is a shame, he's a real good dude and had all the natural god given talent.
Oh, I feel ya on him underachieving. I really liked Dex coming out of HS as well.

Because I'm stating a fact that the 4 Mikey mentioned helped us win titles and Dex did not?

Facts are lame to you?

Phil Ford didn't win one either. Make him less of a star for us?

Greatest college player we ever had.

Fans want the best out of players, but don't take the time to really check what kind of a player a guy is. Woods has never been called a strong shooter, but what he does bring and I am sure why Roy brought him in is gives us another guard that can push the pace in our secondary break the same with Dex. Those guys are great role players, but maybe not 20 point scorers, but if they do there job correctly they can give you 10pts 5 assist every game. Also both guys are unreal finishers at the rim (Woods is going to be stronger in this area after a year I promise). Not mad at any fan questioning those guys, but need to look at what they are being asked to do with there abilities. Every fast guy is not Raymond Felton or Ty Lawson and every SG is not MJ. In Dex and Woods case I really believe they were brought in because they are fast athletic guys that can pass and take pressure off our PG and apply even more pressure to opposing teams defense (notice all the guards we are getting to commit).

Dex was very athletic until his injury. Unfortunately he also had some of the poorest mechanics on his shot that I've ever seen. I still don't understand why it wasn't completely revamped.

7th is much the same, with a little better form on his jumper. So I have hope he will improve in that area. Still not sure if he has natural PG instincts but time will tell.

I hope to see marked improvement this year.

Phil Ford lived up to his potential..I saw plenty of him and Dex was never a point to begin with, talented, yes(but never realized potential according to the plan)..and 7th is TRYING to be a point also..hopefully his jumper is much better...summer is time to improve, otherwise, Felton will log more PG time when Berry sits

I think this year tells the tale for Seventh. He'll either find his niche and start to settle into the rotation or he won't. If it's the latter, I think he winds up transferring somewhere where he can start and play major minutes. I could be 180 degrees off here but I just feel he got too much notoriety very early on to settle for being a Nate Britt type role player off the bench.
