Doctors are inducing my daughter this morning. Newest little Tar Heel has had a tough go of it. He is just a little over 33 wks. Good thoughts and prayers for him and my daughter today please.

c'mon little one....33 weeks is not that big or old but if you are gonna be a Heel you gotta be a fighter!!! Let's go!!! Prayers up for momma, baby and grandpa!!!!
We have a new Tar Heel little man. Only 4.33lbs but breathing on his own. Mama is good too. Thx for the prayers and thoughts!
Ok a little update and thank you. Our little Tar Heel is out of NICU and doing great! Will be in hospital a few more weeks but is doing really good. Thx again
My little man came home last night! Doing really good at a whopping 5.3 lbs. Thx again for the thoughts and prayers. And yes, he already has some Tar Heel gear!

ETA: And thank you for this thread to remind me of this. Unfortunately, sometimes I get frustrated with happenings in my life and look to Him and question "why me?" But I know ultimately he has a plan and I need to trust in Him.

So true. We thought my daughter would never be able to have children due to all her health issues but here he is and he is a little fighter. A huge blessing for our family. We have 4 granddaughters in NC but don't get to see them that often. Lil Man is truly a blessing.
