I thought this deserved its own thread.
It's really worth listening to. There's no political partisanship. There's no real blaming of anyone. The mother even admits that her daughter wasn't always easy to be around. But, it reminded me of a quote (or answer) from Fredrick Douglass when he was asked, well into his old age and maybe near his death, what people should do to improve society, and he said: "Agitate... agitate."
