Ironically, his brother may have done him a favor by going public because the NCAA is easier to deal with on these eligibility things in advance than after games are already played with nothing said. Nothing against Mo (seems to be a bright kid), but it's hard to see much difference betwen this and Chris Webber (other than when it was revealed).
