NFL 2017-18

Still can't believe that idiot went for two earlier. How do these coaches keep making the same mistakes with that call? Whether it is that crap or the dude tipping the ball to the Pats when he should have caught it or the dumb play call on 3rd and 1 teams just crap the bed against the Pats. Brady is too damn good to do those things against him.

In fairness, if they didn't miss the extra point before, they wouldn't have had to do that.

Missing an extra point is on execution. You can't make that coaching mistake at that point in the game. No reason at all to do it. I mean, their game plan has been outstanding. No doubt. That was just a terrible decision though. Did anyone think that was the right decision?

Not a good job running OB there but he probably doens't get the first down if he doesn't so tough to hold up.

Now you go for two because it is the end of the game and it matters.

That is a catch all day. Even when he lost it it wasn't touching the ground and he caught it again.

No way that is overturned. He didn't lose it until his hand was underneath as he rolled.

If they would have converted, everyone would be praising them for making a big play making up for the missed PAT making it more difficult for Brady.

There wasn't one guy I was with who thought it was the right play (not like that matters, lol). I see no logical reason to at that point. It almost always burns teams that do it that early.

Let's hope this one goes to overtime and the eagles win the toss

So much for that

Foles should have thrown it early. Had him right when he broke through if he lobbed it I think. Of course no penalty. I bet they call at least one on the Eagles on this drive.

Still... they have way, WAY too much time left. They scored too soon. They'd have been better off to have the TD overturned and run-off more time and kick a FG.

I didn't mind it at all. Gotta take risks. You missed the PAT and they tried to make up for it. That's fine with me. Like I said, if they convert, nobody questions the play at all. It's only dumb because they didn't.

Lol pretty sure Matt Damon just overloaded the server for that SA chalice. I was about to buy one

It is dumb regardless IMO. The outcome doesn't dictate whether it is the right call or not. Just like on the fourth and one form the 47. Going for it was the right call whether they got it or not. If they didn't get it wouldn't have made it a dumb decision. The benefits of the two don't outweigh the risks of not getting it at that point, which bore itself out in this game. This attempted FG ends the game if they made the right call.
