He's a connector. He connects with kids, reads them well and has the ability to be comfortable with different kinds of personalities. I don't know him that well, but in my times around him, I can see that description of him in person. He does have a sense of humor, and can be a motivator.

The other thing is I've been told he's great in the film room.
