Saw Kiss on their reunion tour in 97(?) in the Dean Dome... my ears were ringing for days after. My first concert was KISS, Nantucket, and Molly Hatchet in 1977 at Cumberland County Auditorium in Fayetteville NC. My sister was dating the drummer for Nantucket at the time so I got free tickets. I didnt know any songs other than KISS songs. I know Beth was the big song out by KISS at the time. It was loud in there that I had ear ringing for over a day.

I liked Nantucket; never got to see them live, but did see a spin-off group "PKM" in the early 80's. I think two of the dudes were from Nantucket, maybe all three.
The unplugged version of Nutshell was always my favorite.
Good call. Love that album. In fact, I personally celebrate their entire body of work...
What's interesting is that even though it's one of their most well known songs, it never made the charts as a single.Good call. Love that album. In fact, I personally celebrate their entire body of work...
Well I learned something today. The opening credits list Michael Sembello on guitar and synth. Had no idea he was a session player who did a lot of work with Stevie and Michael Jackson. I only knew him as the one-hit wonder behind “Maniac” from the Flashdance soundtrack.
I did lose it because that song is one of my top 5 all time favorites.Yep. GREAT musicians and GREAT songs. When they ended Breaking Bad with Baby Blue I about lost it! Perfection!!!!!
