Every analyst to ever work at ESPN.

Ya. Not ESPN, but still funny, was Seth Davis during the selection show. Every single matchup he was like "oh wow, this #11/#12/#13/#14 seed really has a chance to win this!" then he ends up picking all chalk.

The Final Four has never been four #1 seeds, I believe.

False. 2008 - I don't blame you for blocking that Final Four out of your memory though.

I didn't see this one, but I'm not surprised either. They all go the safe route and end up with three #1 seeds and maybe a #2 or #3 in the Final Four. Why they feel the need to spend hours upon hours discussing these matchups when they will ultimately pick chalk across the board is beyond me. A complete waste of (my) time. I watched about 10 minutes Sunday night and that was enough...haven't watched a second since.

I swore them idiots off years ago....they are the "experts" but our picks are just as good if not better then theirs. They are like weatherman, they don't have to be correct in their predictions to keep their jobs...just keep jabbering about anything and you are good!!!

They lost me with the whole "defense travels" BS with regards to Virginia. I guess that defense didn't travel to Chapel Hill a few weeks ago. UNC-Dubs is gonna wipe the floor with them today. To hell with chalk!

Not. A. Chance.

UNCW matches up better with literally every other of the 62 teams in the field not named Virginia (would love to be wrong and please villify me if I am)

I'll check back in around 3p today! I'm confident b/c UVA literally can't score. Even if UNCW is struggling, they'll be in it.

Yeah but they [Virginia] have good guards and UNCW has no height. Virginia can play four guards all day and match up fine. It's a dream matchup for UVA unfortunately, IMO.

I've picked UNCW in my main bracket, but it's about a 50-50 split in my other ones. Could go either way. I really like them as a 12, but yeah, UVA is such a tough matchup.

Who's the one sick bastard who picked duke to win it all
If you didn't immediately know who that was then you're not paying attention to anything @TarHeelNation11 posts. I like everyone here, but after picking duke if he were to fall on a pallet today and get a very large splinter lodged in his left nut I wouldn't be that upset.

If the Duke NCG win is THE game/points that makes me the winner, it's blood money and I'll donate the winnings directly to charity. If somehow the win for me is already locked up before this hypothetical NCG featuring Duke, then I'll consider it legit-gotten gains.

You probably know them by their more common name, Trinity College.

espn's scoring confuses me... hey I got 60 points already! woohoo... oh wait, everyone else has 60, 70, 80.
It says it in the top right corner of your bracket.

Each round is good for a max of 320 points. So...
Round of 64 -- 32 games, each game is 10 points
Round of 32 -- 16 games, each game is 20 points
Round of 16 -- 8 games, each game is 40 points

And so on

Best thing to look at is "possible points remaining." If you do lose a game, you want it to be a team you had losing in the next round anyway

Three TV's and there's nothing on. Start some games, FFS.
I didn't wanna ruin your/our thunder, but as soon as I checked the schedule, I realized two TVs may not be necessary haha.

Xavier/Maryland is on though and you'll be able to overlap that with Villanova at 7:10 And then VCU game and SMC game start within 20 minutes after that.

Thanks, I didn't realize the Maryland game started already. Judging by this poast, that game, the Nova game and the VCU/SMC game will all be going at once, so yes, three is absolutely necessary.

I know, but just seems unnecessary to have multiples of 10 for each score. Why not just 1, 2, 4 pts, etc. like everyone else?

Fisher-Davis is a good player as well. Him, Lachance, and Kornet area all really solid. They jack a crapload of threes though.
