And just so you know, ISIS was founded in 1999, and massively grew in power during the Bush administration. Destabilization of the region during the Iraq War was the biggest factor contributing to their rise in influence. Claiming they were created under Obama is a new level of stupid even for you.
are you seriously contending that he said ISIS was founded under obama? There is nothing to indicate that in his words. But there definitely was a great burgeoning of ISIS under obama, and indeed much 'ISIS scum' was created then, just as he says. And it was left for Trump to deal with, which he surely did.

Obama pulled all US troops out of Iraq enabling ISIS to reign terror in Iraq and Syria. Obama called them a JV team to cover his ass given he claimed terrorism was over when UBL was killed.

The FBI needs to round up the scum and find out who signed what illegally.
Reality is Biden's pardons and other illegal orders can be thrown out in court over forgery.
Throw them all in prison over forgery, collusion, conspiracy to commit fraud, waste and abuse on the US citizens knowingly signing official Executive documents for a dying corpse unaware of what he "signed." Speaker Johnson identified this when biden admitted he did not sign a disputed EO.

the usual defense offered by the libtards is that those funds were not available for use except for essentials like food, etc., and that said use was closely monitored for adherence. They are too stupid to understand that if those funds were used for food, funds ordinarily used for food could then be used to support terrorism. They are too stupid to understand that that makes those funds what are in effect the funds supporting terrorism.
