Yeah, I know. But it was a beach cliff, not a mountain cliff, so maybe they kind of fell/rolled down a steep slope and landed in sand, not a straight drop with a rocky landing.

Either way, it's only a matter of time with this game. We should take bets on which state will claim the first fatality. I'm thinking maybe Oregon. You've got some big city traffic, some dangerous wilderness, and plenty of hipster millennials.

Ok so I downloaded and up and running, but I don't get it. The map shows a couple of the little fukkers, but when I switch to camera mode and walk around, I can't ever find them. What am
I doing wrong?

We've had a couple of issues with it here. First, we have a huge military base (Ft. Campbell) that is having problems with soldiers coming to work and playing instead of working. Then, our university (Austin Peay) has numerous construction sites where kids (I'm assuming here) are crossing barriers to try and catch them. So they have had to post signs all over the place so some idiot doesn't fall off down in a hole or something.

Lol. When u see one click on it, it will pop up on your screen along with a red ball at the bottom. A circle will appear around the pokemon either green yellow or red. The circle will start shrInking. When its the smallest Take your finger and flick the ball at the pokemon. If you hit it right u capture it. At this point just try to capture as many as you can then worry about other stuff once u move up to level 5 or so.

If you're having a hard time hitting them u can turn camera off in the upper rt hand screen when you're battling them. It makes them less jumpy.

Okay, I'm officially convinced everyone is playing this game. Two employees at the company I work for, one who's 34 and one who's 45 are playing it on their lunch break. The best way I can describe these two guys is......they are just the complete opposite of someone you'd expect to play anything pokemon-related. One goes hunting every single weekend, and the other coaches football.

It's nuts how this is everywhere. And what's more is.....you have someone like me who LOVES the Gameboy Pokemon games and I haven't even gotten into this Pokemon Go at all.

I haven't tried it yet and I don't plan to try it either. I'm also one of the 15 people in the world that hasn't downloaded candy crush.

I have never played candy crush either.

I've also lost interest in Pokemon Go less than a week after downloading it (as I expected). The main problem for me is that in order to play the game I need to be moving around. When I want to play games is when I'm just sitting somewhere (downtime at work, on the train into work, relaxing at home, etc.). It defeats the purpose of playing a game for me when I can only do it when I'm walking somewhere (or worse, driving somewhere).

I don't get the whole walking around playing a game thing. Personally, I like to look where I'm walking. I don't like getting hit by a bus or falling off a cliff. My guess is at some point they are going to get sued, because someone is going to get seriously hurt playing this game. I know that will make @TarHeelNation11 happy since he loves frivolous lawsuits so much.

I think we should turn that OOTB football tailgate meetup thing into an OOTB Pokemon hunt. We can all get together and search Chapel Hill for Pokemon.
