Forget about running lines or running the steps at the Dean Dome until they throw up because the loss for anyone who was at the game or watched it on tv know the reason for the loss was not physical but mental.

Give Clemson credit for coming out strong by hitting 6 of their first 7 shots including three bombs and holding on at the end after Carolina tied the game on a Ingram three but the bottom line was decided by the Tigers solid EFFORT.

How many times has anyone ever watched an opponent win almost every 50/50 ball and get rebound after rebound off the offensive glass against a Carolina team resulting in a ton of extra shots including 5 made threes on second opportunity’s…

Carolina have been winning every rebound battle but tonight with a zero effort it was the opponent winning because of their energy and want.

What Coach Davis should consider doing during the game film rewatch is letting the team watch the lack of EFFORT and ENERGY and then let each player explain to their teammates why they got outplayed and out worked by their counterparts..:

A coach can motivate players but it is not his responsibility to give a 100 percent EFFORT like it is the players while on the court so yes it is a big time mental problem.

Maybe Bacot should give the same speech he gave last year when he said “if you don’t want to be here don’t show up here”..:

Oh no....."Let me tell you why I sucked so bad vs Clemson"...lol.. get real dude....u loser....
Make them fear losing so bad, that losing is not an option....
