AJ or anyone on the board know if UNC is going to take the full 90 days to respond. If so, any idea as to why? Would think that the defenses had already been, at least partially constructed (prior to receiving the NOA) and the sooner we respond the better chance of getting the NCAA to move the process along to the "penalty phase". Know there is a chance that pushing out as far as possible might keep the football and basketball programs in the clear through the upcoming seasons. That being said, there is no doubt that the continuing uncertainty continues to have a major impact on recruiting in both sports. If both LF and Roy feel that their programs will avoid any major sanctions, why not move the process along? I apologize if this issue has already been hashed out on previous threads but it seems ridiculous that, if the time is not needed, that the school would take the entire 90 days to respond.
