Shout outs for Meeks and Maye

It think of all the players on this years team they surprised me the most.

Meeks, after a lackluster Jr. season, really showed up big and avg. 12.5pts and 9.5rbs a game and 12.75/11 in the ACC/NCAA tourneys.

Maye avgs 5.5/3.9 but hits 16 of 40 3's, has his first career double-double (16/12) in the Sweet 16 vs Butler, and scores 17 vs. KY in the Elite 8 (not to mention the shot).

Both guys certainly exceeded my expectations so I just want to give them huge props for a great season!

Agreed 100%. Both guys were slammed by too many UNC fans in too many ways. Both have worked their butts off. Both are wearing Natty Rings.
