Newton just backed-off the recovery... lame. I've never liked Newton. That's why I haven't pulled for the Panthers since he got there.
My condolences. My older cousin is a Vikings fan. I remember the 70's and Bud Grant's losing teams. He'd always say "It tales something to get there." Buffalo fans know it.
Psshh... Cam Newton is a showboat. He always has been. That's fine. He's a good QB. But, he's way too self-absorbed for my taste. Denver is eating him alive tonight. He needs some humbling.

I feel bad for you guys, being Panthers fans. I really have no stake in the outcome. I do like Peyton Manning. It's cool to know you've seen a legend, like when I used to watch Joe Montana.
Boston was flagged on the unsportsmanlike for the same think Denver had done at least 3 times . The BJ #61 who made the call is much too old to be on an NFL field. NFL problem OLD men officiating the games.
Talib also clearly offside on the missed Panther FG. Even Simms the official's yes man and easily the worst color guy in the NFL agrees.
Carolina turned it over WAY too many times in the biggest game of the year. Denver's Defense made 'em pay dearly.

The Panthers didnt get any breaks, but they sure didnt help themselves at all with terrible play calls, stupid turnovers, mental mistakes, etc.

Newton ..... looked out of sorts from the beginning.... looked almost dehydrated and weak, gasping for air and just not right for some reason
penalties, penalties for BOTH teams personal fouls etc just way too many errors for BOTH teams

I do have to say one thing though -- Saw Cam's presser, and I get all the old timers who want to tout the whole "show class" thing and make like this is a bunch of pretty flowers and fairy arse crap like that, but -- how in the hell can the media lambast these guys with the most ridiculous, idiotic questions all week long...then tell these 20-something year old kids to go play in the biggest game of their life one of the most violent sports in the world...and then expect them to table all of those emotions after a loss and answer more idiotic questions? Even the Carolina beat writers are crucifying Cam right now.
Maybe I'm too young to understand or whatever, but that's just stupid to me. If you want everyone to prance around with pom-poms and not offend anyone, go watch f*cking ballet or tennis or something. Grow a pair. JMHO

Just no. This is possibly one of the dumbest trends I've ever seen. Kudos for following the masses.
Cam was eat alive by the Denver d. And Manning contributed absolutely nothing to this game. This game was totally controlled by the Denver d and Denver's pass rush ability. Plus cam waited till the super bowl to stink one up. Very anticlimactic.
86% of the money in Vegas was bet on Carolina ....this was a HUGE win for the big Vegas books and it started with the non-overturn review of the catch early in the game.
