What does it have to do with the discussion? Well, if the laws aren't being followed, then what good is the discussion? We aren't discussing the merits of vaccination, we're talking about the reality of the current situation.
It infringes on the liberties of others. I think I've been pretty clear on this. I'm not weighing in on whether or not people should get them, I think they should.
The only thing that confuses me is why someone would visit a third world shithole without getting vaccinated.

What has that been? That five people who didn't fully get vaccinated have gotten measles from visiting third world shitholes?
It's not infringing on the liberties of others any more than saying you can't walk up to someone on the street and shoot them if you feel like it infringes on people's liberties.
I'd be fine with saying people don't need to get vaccinated if they will never come in close proximity to another citizen for the rest of their lives - and if they do, they would then be arrested for endangerment.
