Today is the end of an era at THI, as longtime staffer John Gwaltney is stepping away after 23 years with the different iterations of what we have become. I have known John since taking over 9 years ago, and he is as reliable and efficient as anyone I have worked with. He has been a tremendous asset to THI and will be missed.
