Tiger

Connors with back to back bogeys. Now things will get real interesting

Another great shot and he's got another great look at a birdie.

I get people not wanting to get their hopes up yet... but it is scary that he's already playing this well. If he stays healthy he'll win another major IMO

Plus, the couple folks in this thread bitching about not liking Tiger are in the very small minority. My dad is as big of a golf fan / player as you'll find and he's also the most conservative dude you'll find (conservative in the sense of being buttoned up and old school and traditional) and he loves Tiger. He has ever since Tiger broke on the scene.

I don't get the arrogance thing, but I'm sure people think MJ was arrogant. I think it's hard to come across as humble when you're the GOAT

Like I said, I never really liked him though didn't dislike him either. After seeing him in person I then didn't like him. However, I actually like him more now than I used to. Still don't pull for him but love him in the game. No idea why people don't like Phil though.

My favorites now are the younger guys anyway. Fowler, Spieth, Reed, Horschel, Woodland, Koepka, etc... Plus guys like Sned.

I spent a lot of time in college playing that game.
They got pretty ridiculous (but fun) toward the end of their run. You'd hit your approach shot 20 yards short of the green, but you'd power up the forward spin while the ball was in the air and it would roll all the way onto the green... uphill, lol.

Nice tee shot on 18. If he birdies this one he should definitely be in the last group tomorrow.

I need to see how TW2018 putts on the back 9 on a Sunday while in contention before this gets serious.

I'm pulling for Sneds all the way tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how Tiger does in his first Sunday in a while where he is in this situation.

Best thing about watching golf all afternoon is that you can take a nap from holes 6-12 and usually not miss anything too important.

Tiger pulls a 5 footer and now Rose all alone. He’s a tough front runner.

Huh. Rose over clubs the par 3 and now has a tough up and down. Meanwhile TW nuts a drive on the 610 yd par 5, followed up with a bail out 3 wood

Eldrick needs to hit it tighter and make putts and until he can do that on a Sunday, I'm not picking him to win shit

He's putting it well enough, just not getting enough realistic birdie looks.

Now would be a great time for one of those classic Tiger moments.

By classic tiger moment I mean hitting a 70+ footer for eagle
