The idea is to teach our freshman point guard, who was on the bench. It has nothing to do with momentum.

Negative. There are teaching moments but Hubert does this in every game and it rarely works.
It looked like it was a good design- the shot was just missed. I actually like it for a teaching moment.
We had momentum in other games finishing a half and he kills it by calling timeout and running his sets once again that rarely works. I love Hubert but he needs to let some of these halves finish themselves. Each game takes on its own personality and when we score for 4 to 6 straight possessions on our way to end the first half and then he calls timeout that is when it kills momentum.
Great design and everyone is right in that we just missed it. I’m nitpicking

I’m sure High feels bad enough about it already. Showing him up in front of the crowd does no good for anyone. I’m sure he got talked to about it when he came out.

Yeah the stuff he did with the ball in the chest was dumb but I’m ok with the energy.

Exactly where / how Withers should shoot. No real mistakes from him. Glad he ditched the headband too.
