That's me, and I'll keep saying it. He has been better lately - I'll grant that. But he does not create off the dribble like we need him to. Berry hasn't shown the ability to have his off-the-dribble game to be our primary option, which is what we need from him. Berry is very good, but he hasn't taken the leap we needed him to take.
