Exactly. We're playing well but we are capable of playing even better.
Just stated this in another thread. We've never scored 85+ points in 6 straight ACC games before, ponder that for a moment. As for the difficulty of road wins, they're as hard to come by as I can remember as well. d00k beats GT by 53 and then GT beats us. We beat NVSU by 51 and they beat d00k. Incredible stuff, you simply can't overlook anybody.

Arch, the wuff wuffs not only beat duke, they beat them at Cameron ! In a season like this, where road wins are so hard to come by, you hope to steal as many of those as you can but you absolutely MUST protect your home floor cause it is just going to be a fight to get it on the road in this ACC. Duke of all places, the place in the ACC that may have the greatest advantage for the home team and the wuff wuffs stealing that home cheese...OMG...Kinda back breaking, still time for them to recover but that hole they were in got a lot deeper last night!

If one examines the home record on the blue evils one might just find they are not all that tough against the Heels, on their home court they are 8 to12 games or some such over .500 against us. (And no, I did not check it, going on memory)
Tough place to play? Not really, notice the cameras hardly ever show the stands above the student section and the precious brass railing, not gonna show fans sitting or not cheering as much...
At this juncture there is no recovery time.

As someone else pointed out, another loss or two and the LOM may not be back this season as he would Gaudette Capel.
