I often start with 'adieu', so the letters were D and E. That makes O the only vowel left, so I assume I now have O, D, and E to work with. E of course is more often than not at the end, so that probable ending E just has to work with O and D. Still, it was just a lucky shot in the dark.
I have a hard time with double letters as you earlier said they do you.
I actually decided after my second guess that doubles were likely in play. I just kept picking the wrong pair.
Very astute observation. I will keep that in mind before making future comments.
