That is neither exaggeration nor blue glasses. He has simply made poor choices in this team's approach vis-a-vis our personnel. Hubert's issue is not about his capablilty, it's about his choices.

I tend to thing Hubert's capability is dictated by his choices - it's a part of his capabilities. If he is making poor decisions, either in-game or pre-game strategy, then that is poor coaching, no if, ands or buts.
I'm impressed you've kept pretty neutral regarding Hubert's job, my personal belief is that a change is necessary. I hope it will be done with some decorum and Hubert will be allowed to walk away without being fired.
