It's clear that UNC is a Women's Soccer, Women's Field Hockey, Women's Lacrosse school. So be it. I'm not against NIL in any way, but the absurdity of pay-for-play is making UNC irrelevant in the major sports. I'll continue to pull for UNC in all things ... I just don't have high expectations of winning anything anymore (at least in the major sports). Maybe if we funnel our NIL money to the olympic sports then we can still compete for national championships!
