I guess you're too incensed by my pretentiousness to address your own, and your hypocrisy that I pointed out. Or did you miss that because there were too many big words?

It's hardly a stretch to say that Fox News (and MSNBC) are heavily-biased, propaganda media sources. I don't even watch the satire anymore. After the election, I turned it ALL OFF! A few things creep through on front page email outlets (yahoo, etc.). But, once you click "not interested", the algorithms listen an respond.

And, this board leans so far right that of course I come across as left-leaning. The only "liberal" on here is @What Would Jesus Do? ... that's it. One guy that shows up rarely. Ask him how I was perceived on the HROT board. It sure as hell wasn't liberal. But, that board has probably 10 times more people. It was 50/50 there.

lol, as I've told you before, you aren't just a fruitcake, you're a hypocrite as well. Nobody uses 'opine' and 'ilk' in normal conversation? We shouldn't use 'fifty-cent words' because doing so is pretentious? We are trying to sound more intelligent than we are? Well how many unpretentious people not trying to sound more intelligent than they are do you reckon throw out a 'George Templeton Strong' reference in normal conversation?

Just admit it. You're the one who thinks he's especially intelligent, and you want to transmit that notion to others here, So you feel threatened when you see something intelligent displayed by others. That's obvious. Well sorry chief, I'm not going to dumb it down just to assuage your insecurities.

And I'll remind you of what I pointed out to you before when you had some other little hissy. Nobody writes the way they talk in normal conversation. Everybody knows that. But 'ilk' and 'opine' are both in my spoken vocabulary, and when it's appropriate I use them just as I do here. Try to get over it because I'm sure you and your ilk will see them again.
