and here we go. Somebody made a profit so let's put them in the crosshairs. There is no problem with the profits. They are just as entitled to making a profit as is the the kid on the corner lemonade stand. And it isn't up to you how much profit they make, unless you use the marketplace to send your little message.
As you pointed out but fairly well dismissed, the problem, assuming there is one, is with the regulation. This is a good example of draining the swamp or at least attempting to do so. One of the recent videos I watched said that of the past number of top administrators of the FDA (IIRC), something like 12 out of 13 ended up with fat jobs with pharmas. I might not be remembering that exactly but I'm close enough to establish the validity of the point.
