I checked in with UNC today to see how Eric is doing. I was told he "was doing okay after the first few treatments."

Eric is such a gentleman, as decent a guy as there is. For those who pray, he can use them at this time, and so can his family.

Took my 8 year old to Drake’s camp today. It was a great experience!

They ran them hard for about 3 hours. My son said, “ I had no idea football was this hard.”

Drake was really great with the kids. Completely nice guy.

Gaynor was there. Very nice guy.

Tez Walker was there. Fast and totally smooth.

Feel bad for Mark Maye. Poor guy can barely walk.

MM led our thoughts in the region on the seniors who will have plenty to gain on the field this summer/fall

We weren't very fast last year. We lost a couple of our quicker players (Caleb, Puff) and a couple of our slower players (Pete, Leaky).

Will we be faster with our new crew?

My sense is that Wilcher is quicker than Dunn and Withers is quicker than Nance. But that's just guessing.

I don't think Ingram is quicker than Leaky. Nor do I think Ryan is quicker than Caleb. Nor Wojcik quicker than Puff.

RJ, Armando and Seth are the same guys but they - RJ in particular - might seem a little quicker if the new guys can shoot better and spread the floor more. Not to mention if RJ and Armando can play fewer minutes so they don't need to conserve energy and won't run out of gas.

If Cadeau is here and lives up to the hype, the whole team could be faster.

Mitch Trubisky Finalizing Contract Extension With Pittsburgh Steelers​

Mitch Trubisky signed with the Steelers last year with the hopes of being the team's new starting quarterback. While that dream ended, it appears he has found a long-term NFL home in Pittsburgh. On Thursday, Steelers GM Omar Khan said the team is finalizing an extension for Trubisky, who was entering the final year of a two-year deal worth $14.285 million. (CBS Sports)

All the gamers are gonna like this. For the first time in like ten years or so the college sports games are back, but with the real players not just look alikes this time around. And yes, everyone gets paid to be in the game.
