I don't mind Harper charging the mound at all. He has every right to do so. I really don't even mind him tossing his helmet. What I do mind is Buster Posey just standing behind home and letting Harper run after his pitcher and not try to back up his teammate at all.

Also, @coolwaterunc do you ever visit the Talking Chop site that covers Braves, especially their minor leagues?

I listened to their most recent podcast (first time I've listened to one of their podcasts) and the host is mega negative lol. Like super negative. I am under no delusions that the Braves are close to where they need to be, but damn the way the host was going on and on, you'd think the Braves were 10-30 on the year.

That Carlos Collazo from Baseball America was back on there in the most recent pod. He's a UNC alum.

I feel bad for Snit. The team is just playing so damn poorly. We are in positions to win most of our games and we squander it away almost every time.

Okay, we need to teach Matt Adams how to catch or something. We need his bat in the lineup behind Freeman and Kemp (when Freeman comes back). Dude reminds me of Evan Gattis in terms of how he's just a huge hulk up there and bashes the hell out of the baseball. None of his homers are cheap.

ETA: Oh, and @coolwaterunc you really wanna see a joke of a park? Great American Small Park lol. Every flyball goes to the warning track at a minimum.

Astros averaging 8.1 runs per game for this 11 game winning streak. Chemistry on this team reminds me of Braves in early/mid 90s.

BTW, I gotta give a shout out to Kris Medlen. Dude is already back up to AAA and is doing pretty well for himself. Even if he comes up to the majors and completely gets lit up, the fact that he's made it back this far is absolutely phenomenal. Guy is a warrior.
