I don't buy it. Cade was hugely expensive, and we've got Davis, Cadeau, Jackson, and Powell all on big money surely.

Seems more like very poor roster planning to me. Maybe they didn't realize how much a big time center would cost, but according to TOS we had the highest NIL offer for Omoruyi and he went to Bama for other reasons.
